The inaugural CARE GROUP began on Saturday, 1st Feb 2020 at the St Paul’s Church along Upper Serangoon Road. Fellow volunteers (Jemma, Benedict, Dorcas, Nicodemus, Fuji and Suzanne) teamed up with the staff of SU Children’s Ministry, to reach out and care for 9 CARE GROUP children (ages 9 to 12 years old).
The ice was broken and relationships were built through games, dancing and singing. The sharing brought about much encouragement and affirmed the children of their identity in Christ - God has created each of them as His masterpiece and He loves them dearly.

Journaling as a healthy and helpful way of expressing one’s self was introduced to every child. Each child was given a journal to write down what they had learnt. Upon collection, their teachers wrote a little note, which served as an encouragement.
