Job description

Manage the children’s ministry team
-
Conduct trainings for churches, volunteers and general public
-
Organize and run church camps during the June school holidays, Scripture Union’s end of year camp and children’s church activities on Sunday

Conduct speaking engagements in schools
-
Develop curriculum for upcoming programmes
-
Fund raise for camps if necessary

Ministry Executive
This candidate will report to the Head of Youth and Head of Children’s Ministry and support them in the following:

Organizing camps
-
logistics, craft, food, transport etc for the camps
-

Liasing with churches, parents, volunteers and various stakeholders
-
Supporting the Head to conduct speaking engagements in schools and churches
-
Teaching the Bible to small groups
-
Speaking to large groups of students either in chapel or during camps
-
Support the Head in developing curriculum and brainstorming ideas
Requirements
-
Theologically trained in Christian Ministry is an advantage, if not must be willing to attend training
-
Able to use Microsoft office or iWork
-
Candidate must be comfortable with public speaking and teaching the Bible to different audience size.

God- fearing and is called to ministry
-
Self-motivated and spirit led to work independently; able to work alongside team mates; good communication and interpersonal skills
-
Must be faithful, teachable and humble as a servant of God.

Must be willing to work weekends, school holidays and public holidays
-
Must be willing to travel overseas when necessary

Being musically inclined is an advantage
