About the Event

Travel into the Bible as you journey in the footsteps of Paul! Visit the cities of the Corinthians, the Philippians, the Thessalonians and many more – an experience of having a deeper understanding of Paul’s letters. An experienced guide from SU-Greece, will teach you the context and culture of the times. You will begin your days with a sharing from the Epistles, then learn about the context in which it was written. The trip will include a day of ‘mission’ in ‘Lois Elderly Home.

* Do note that there is a limit to the number of participants.

Where in Greece would we tour?

Philippi, Neapolis, Amphipolis, Thessaloniki, Vergina, Veria, Meteora, Athens and Corinth

Where would we be staying?

3-4 star hotels in Thessaloniki, Kalampaka and Athens.

Are meals included?

Breakfast and Dinner are included, lunch will be at your own expense during the tour lunch break.

What would the weather be like?

September temperature would be colder at 17-28Ο C, jacket for the cold evenings and an umbrella just in case it rains is recommended.

What is included?

What is not included?

Travel Insurance, Lunch, Tips and personal expenses in Greece.

What to bring?

Sufficient clothing throughout the trip, money for lunch, snacks, tips and souvenirs (we recommend at least S$50/day), writing materials and medication (as required).

What is the nature of the mission work?

Serving the under privilege community.

Any Visa requirements?

No visa needed for Singaporeans and Malaysians. Indonesia and Philippine Citizens would require.

Travel Insurances?

Travel Insurance will be left to your own discretion.

Departure To Greece: Sunday 15 September Evening  2325

Arrival To Singapore: Tuesday 24 September Evening 1750

How do I pay?

Cash (drop by our office to make payment), bank transfer/paynow. For the latter payments, please email proof of transfer to lilislim@su.org.sg

What happens if I cancel the booking?

We understand that due to unforeseen circumstance this may happen but we regret to inform you that the booking is non-refundable and non-transferable. All payments are final.

Can I extend the tour?

No

What happens if the tour is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstance e.g. riot, natural disasters?

If it gets cancelled prior to flying the money will be refunded.

If you are already there and it gets cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances such as riots and natural disasters the priority would be to keep everyone safe and alive till help arrives.

Will there be anyone from the organizing committee to assist us during the trip?

A SU Singapore staff will be there with you throughout the trip to make sure everything will go smoothly.
