Walking With Children 2023

Have you ever wanted to build a better relationship with children? This course is designed for parents, teachers, children ministry workers and those who want to learn how to walk with a child. It will help you build a relationship with your child by learning how they think and act. You will go into their world and play with them. If a child is facing troubles, the course will guide you to help the child to walk through the problem. This programme will be conducted in two modules. Do note that there is a limit of participants for maximized learning.

Dates: 

Module 1 - Entering the World of Children Feb 04, 11, 18, 25, & Mar 04  (5 Saturdays)  

Module 2 - Walking With Children Mar 25, Apr 01, 15, 22, & 29 (5 Saturdays)  

Time: 9:00am - 1:00pm  (excludes 1-hour fieldwork with child)

Fee: $400/pax (inclusive of lesson materials)

Pre-requisite for daily assignments:

*  You will need to make contact with a primary-aged (7-12 years) child. This child could be a child from church, your neighbour's child, or a friend’s child. Please arrange to see the same child every evening after the day’s lesson as the assignments build upon each other. You will need to make arrangements to meet the same child 10 times – once after each session.
