Gain the skills to effectively facilitate a group by understanding group dynamics and learning how to ask questions that draw out the best responses from youths.
4. Christian Education
Understand the needs of young people and the process of developing a theme and curriculum for the youth ministry, while ensuring alignment with the church’s overall theme.
